Oh, I said I'd never but I'm now eating my words as I'm currently perusing Divergent by Veronica Roth (who is just a year older than I am - the world is just so unfair, but then again, am I writing anything I can publish?).

Yes, in preparation for the movie that I'll be watching with gradeschool friends tomorrow. Some of my bookish friends who happen to love the book aren't happy with the adaptation, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

And I hope I finish this today. Because. Just because. (and also because I need to get out of this reading slump.)

The New York Trilogy by Paul Auster

In an ideal world, I've already read The New York Trilogy. That is in an ideal world. I started reading this February but I don't have any idea why I didn't finish it, the shortest month gave me the shortest reading time as well, perhaps. Too much work, sleep or internet ate them all. So, on this obligatory Friday read, I decided that I should continue reading this even my Reading Plan states I still have more than a month to finish this book.

1. From the Memoirs of a Non-Enemy Combatant by Alex Gilvarry

Reading this with friends and something tells me that I will finish it in one sitting so, I try to stop every chapter. I find it really enjoyable. And it's all about fashion! Fashion! Lauren Weisberger fans will enjoy this.

2. The Ocean at the End of the Lane by Neil Gaiman

Anyone who says that listening to audiobooks is cheating must be living a lie. Listening to books doesn't deprive you of the reading experience, it does take away the printed word, but in turn, you will experience the story in a whole new fashion. (Yes! Fashion again! Haha. Kidding) Oh now, I invite you to listen to Neil Gaiman telling the story of this boy, and.. oh boy, it'll make your skin crawl.
